Cup Cakes!

I just had to post this photo. I love to make cup cakes and i love to photograph them as well. There is just something magical about their colorful frosting and fun sprinkles. I always feel like a little kids when i eat a cup cake, and there is just so few joys in life and I just love to enjoy a good cup cake! I hope this photo brings bake childhood memories for you and puts a big smile on your face!

My favorite path

Today Daniel and I went back to where we grew up to spend some time together and take some photo's. When we were dating we would go for walks in these fields almost every day. Also we laughed as we remembered getting up early to watch the sun come up together before I went to school and Daniel went to work. I don't think either one of us would enjoy getting up that early now. hehe! What we do when we are young!

My Hand Print 9-10-89

I really enjoyed being out in these fields again, holding hands with Daniel and sharing how we both used to play here when we were small. It was a wonderful afternoon remembering the past, and dreaming about bringing our children here in the future. However our afternoon was cut short when it started to rain. Grrrr! We started back to Daniel's parents house, but before we got there we stopped at my mom's house and i took one of my favorite photo's of the day. A picture of my hand print from when I was 5 years old. It made me smile. But as i was cleaning the dirt off the cement I was stung by a bee. So now I was wet and had a bee stinger in my hand. It was defiantly time to head back.

The rain started to pour and we finally made it back to Daniel's parents house. Where we spent the evening. I loved spending time with Daniel in the places that we first fell in love at. I could almost shut my eye's and be back in that time. It felt good.

Candy!

Who doesn't love candy? I only wish I had a quarter on me to get some. This picture makes me all warm and fuzzy inside... man i miss being a kid!

I just love the bright colors and the feeling you get when you look at all that sugar. Not my best photo, but one of the photo's i enjoy the most. I think i need a gum ball now!
