The Joy of Friends
Today I spent the afternoon with one of my dearest friends Veronique and her three boys. The weather was spectacular and we spent most of the afternoon outside. Veronique made us a yummy lunch and Sienna just loved playing with the big boys. Once the kids were done playing outside, we came in and Jerome, Seth and Sienna enjoyed coloring and making crafts. Sienna loves to draw and I think she really liked coloring with other kids. It felt so good to have some one on one time with Veronique. I had missed her so much. We live so close but have such busy lives that it's hard to make time to see each other. But it is my goal to set aside time for her and her family. Sienna was sad when we left the whole ride home she kept asking for "the boys". I am so happy she enjoyed them so much.
