I Voted... I hope you did too!
Today is election day and hopefully by tomorrow we will have a new President Elect. Daniel and I took Sienna with us when we went to vote today. I think it is really important for us to show Sienna how our government works. And that we have a responsibility to our country to vote. When we got to the polls it was practically empty which was a surprise because the news kept saying that it would be a hour or more wait. Once inside we got to vote, the volunteers were so good with Sienna they even gave her a fake "ballet", she enjoyed getting to color in her "ballet" and feel important. After we were all done we turned in our ballets as a family. It felt good to be a part of something so big. No matter which way this election goes, history will be made, and we get to be a part of it. So get out there and make your voice be heard, I am blessed to be an American, and have the freedom and right to vote for my leaders. Remember take your kids with you, show them how important it is to take part in the election process. We can teach our children so much if we let them be apart of the things we do. So VOTE!
